ADOPTION ACT 2009 - SECT 40
Notice of court order
40 Notice of court order
(1) This section applies if— (a) the court makes an order dispensing with
the need for the relevant parent’s consent; and
(b) the chief executive was
not the applicant for the order.
(2) The applicant must give the chief
executive a copy of the order.
