AUDITOR-GENERAL ACT 2009 - SECT 27
Secondment of public service employees
27 Secondment of public service employees
(1) A public service employee may be seconded to the audit office.
(2) While
seconded under this section— (a) the person is taken to be a member of the
staff of the audit office; and
(b) the Public Sector Act 2022 does not apply
to the person.
