Audits at request of Legislative Assembly
35 Audits at request of Legislative Assembly
(1) If the Legislative Assembly, by resolution, requests the auditor-general
to conduct an audit of a matter relating to the financial administration of a
public sector entity, the auditor-general must conduct the audit.
(2) This
section does not apply to the financial administration of the audit office.
