Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsWhere any land of which NMRB, or NMR Savings Bank, is or is entitled to be the registered proprietor is by this Act vested in ANZ or in ANZ Savings Bank, that bank is, despite anything to the contrary in any Act or law, to be taken to be the registered proprietor thereof for the purposes of the Real Property Act 1861 and the land may be dealt with accordingly.
