Certificates
29 Certificates
(1) For all purposes and in all courts, tribunals and proceedings, a
certificate under this Act is evidence of the matters certified.
(2) A
document purporting to be a certificate under this Act is, unless the contrary
is established, taken to be such a certificate and to have been properly
given.
