32 Payment into Consolidated Fund

(1) There is payable jointly and severally by ANZ, ANZ Savings Bank, NMRB and NMR Savings Bank to the Consolidated Fund an amount determined by the Governor in Council, by order in council, in relation to this Act and its operation.

(2) ANZ, ANZ Savings Bank, NMRB and NMR Savings Bank must provide all documents and information that are required by the Treasurer to enable the Governor in Council to determine the amount under subsection (1) .
