Board to report on functions, finances and operations
60VA Board to report on functions, finances and operations
(1) The Minister may, by written notice, ask the board to give a report to the
Minister about the performance of Community Enterprise Queensland’s
functions or a matter relating to its finances or operations.
(2) The board
must— (a) comply with a request made by the Minister under subsection (1) ;
and
(b) give the report in the way, and at the time, required by the
Minister.
