Existing application for the amendment or revocation of a declaration of a place as a dry place
89 Existing application for the amendment or revocation of a declaration of a
place as a dry place
(1) This section applies to an application, under section 28 of the
pre-amended Act, for the amendment or revocation of a declaration of a place
as a dry place that is not decided at the commencement.
(2) The application
lapses on the commencement.
