ANIMAL CARE AND PROTECTION ACT 2001 - SECT 118C
Considering representations
118C Considering representations
(1) The chief executive must consider all written representations made under
section 118B .
(2) After considering the written representations, the chief
executive may decide to take no further action.
(3) If the chief executive
decides not to take any further action, the chief executive must give the
inspector notice of the decision as soon as possible after making the
decision.
