Deciding amendment application
93J Deciding amendment application
(1) For each application for amendment of an approved cattle procedures
accreditation scheme, the chief executive must decide to— (a) approve the
application; or
(b) refuse to approve the application; or
(c) if the
applicant agrees in writing to another amendment—approve the agreed
amendment.
(2) If the chief executive approves the application, the chief
executive must give the applicant notice of the decision.
(3) If the chief
executive refuses to approve the application, the chief executive must give
the applicant an information notice about the decision as soon as practicable
after making the decision.
