AUSTRALIAN CRIME COMMISSION (QUEENSLAND) ACT 2003 - SECT 53

53 Regulation-making power

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may provide for the approval or prescription of forms for use under this Act.
