ABORIGINAL CULTURAL HERITAGE ACT 2003 - SECT 37
Function of Aboriginal cultural heritage body
(1) The function of an Aboriginal cultural heritage body for an area is to
identify, for the benefit of a person who needs to know under this Act, the
Aboriginal parties for the area or for a particular part of the area.
(2) The
Minister may give an Aboriginal cultural heritage body for an area the
financial or other help the body needs to carry out its function.
