AGENTS FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT 2014 - SECT 48

48 Trust property over which receiver may be appointed

A receiver may be appointed over trust property—

(a) held by an agent; or

(b) held by another person for an agent; or

(c) recoverable by an agent; or

(d) if an agent is dead, that may be recoverable by the agent’s personal representative.
