Invalid claims
90 Invalid claims
(1) This section applies in relation to a claim by a person against the fund
if the chief executive considers the person has no grounds for making the
claim under this part.
(2) The chief executive— (a) may decide not to deal
with the claim; and
(b) must give the person an information notice complying
with the QCAT Act , section 157 (2) for the decision.
