AGENTS FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT 2014 - SECT 98

98 Requiring information
(1) The chief executive may, by written notice, ask a person to— (a) give to
the chief executive information in the person’s knowledge about a stated
matter within a stated reasonable time and in a stated reasonable way;
(b)
give to the chief executive within a stated reasonable time and in a stated
reasonable way, a document or copy of a document about a stated matter in the
person’s possession or control.
(2) The chief executive may give a notice
under subsection (1) only if the information or document the subject of the
notice is reasonably required to decide the claim.
(3) A person must comply
with a requirement under subsection (1) unless the person has a reasonable
excuse. Penalty— Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(4) It is a
reasonable excuse for a person not to give information to the chief executive
if doing so might tend to incriminate the person.
