ACTS INTERPRETATION ACT 1954 - SECT 22B

22B Amendment to be made wherever possible in provision

If an Act amends a provision of a law—

(a) by omitting a word; or

(b) by omitting a word and inserting another word; or

(c) by inserting a word before or after a particular word;
