35A References to person with interest in land includes personal
representative etc.
In an Act, a reference to a person as proprietor, transferor, transferee,
mortgagor, mortgagee, lessor, lessee, trustee or as having an interest in land
includes a reference to the person’s personal representatives, successors
and assigns.
