Chief executive’s consent needed to proposed registration as co-operative
105L Chief executive’s consent needed to proposed registration as
co-operative
(1) An incorporated association that has decided by special resolution to
register as a co-operative may, within 14 days after passing the resolution,
apply to the chief executive for the chief executive’s consent to the
association’s proposed registration as a co-operative.
(2) The application
must be in the approved form and accompanied by a copy of the special
resolution.
(3) The chief executive may require the association to give to
the chief executive the information the chief executive reasonably requires to
consider the application.
