Chief executive to give notice of authority to transfer incorporation
106E Chief executive to give notice of authority to transfer incorporation
If the chief executive decides to authorise the transfer of incorporation, the
chief executive must give the applicant written notice that the proposed
transfer of the association’s incorporation is authorised.
