Minister to give notice of authority to transfer incorporation
106L Minister to give notice of authority to transfer incorporation
If the Minister decides to authorise the transfer of incorporation, the
Minister must give the applicant written notice that the proposed transfer of
the RECI Act corporation’s incorporation is authorised.
