ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 1981 - SECT 146
Nominated address
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement of this
section, an incorporated association had a registered office complying with
section 17(2) as in force immediately before the commencement.
(2) On the
commencement, the incorporated association’s registered office is taken to
be the association’s nominated address.
