ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 1981 - SECT 1A

1A Main purposes

The main purposes of this Act are to provide for—

(a) a scheme for the incorporation of associations; and

(b) matters including the corporate governance, financial accountability, and rules and membership, of incorporated associations.
