Functions of secretary
69A Functions of secretary
(1) The secretary’s functions include— (a) calling meetings of the
incorporated association, including preparing notices of a meeting and of the
business to be conducted at the meeting in consultation with the president of
the association; and
(b) keeping minutes of each meeting; and
(c) keeping
copies of all correspondence and other documents relating to the association;
and
(d) maintaining the association’s register of members.
(2) Subsection
(1) — (a) does not limit any other function the secretary has under any
other provision of this Act; and
(b) does not prevent an association’s
rules from stating other functions for the secretary.
