ABORIGINAL LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 253

253 Representations about show cause notice

(1) The member or land trust may make written representations to the Minister about the show cause notice during the show cause period.

(2) The Minister must consider all representations (the
"accepted representations" ) made under subsection (1) .
