ABORIGINAL LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 87

87 Purpose of pt 8

The purpose of this part is to provide for—

(a) particular Aboriginal land to vest in the State; and

(b) the transfer of Aboriginal land that vests in the State to another entity to hold as Aboriginal land.
