123 General powers after entering places
(1) An authorised person who has, under part 2 , entered a place may— (a)
search any part of the place the authorised person is authorised, under
section 111 (1) (a) or (c) , to search; or
(b) inspect, test, photograph or
film anything in or on the place; or
(c) copy a document in or on the place;
or
(d) take samples of or from anything in or on the place; or
(e) take into
or onto the place any persons, equipment and materials the authorised person
reasonably requires for exercising a power under this part; or
(f) require
the occupier of the place, or a person in or on the place, to give the
authorised person reasonable help to exercise the authorised person’s powers
under paragraphs (a) to (e) .
(2) This section does not apply to an
authorised person who enters a place under section 111 (4) to get the
occupier’s agreement unless the agreement is given or the entry is otherwise
authorised.
