Decision on application for licence
149 Decision on application for licence
(1) If the chief executive decides to grant the application, the chief
executive must issue a licence to the applicant.
(2) The chief executive may
impose conditions on the licence not inconsistent with the
mandatory conditions.
(3) If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant
the licence, or to impose conditions on the licence, the chief executive must
give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
