ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS AND DOGS) ACT 2008 - SECT 163
Representations about show cause notices
(1) The holder may, within the show cause period, make written representations
to the chief executive about why the proposed action should not be taken.
(2)
The chief executive must consider all representations (the
"accepted representations" ) made under subsection (1) .
