ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS AND DOGS) ACT 2008 - SECT 169

169 Surrender of licence

(1) A licence holder may surrender the holder’s licence by notice given to the chief executive.

(2) The holder’s licence must accompany the notice.

(3) The surrender takes effect on the later of the following—

(a) the day the notice is given;

(b) the day stated in the notice.
