ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS AND DOGS) ACT 2008 - SECT 172A
Chief executive must keep licence holder register
(1) The chief executive must keep a register of licence holders (the
"licence holder register" ).
(2) The licence holder register must contain the
information about a licence holder required, under section 154 , to be stated
on the holder’s licence.
