Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe general register must include all of the following information for each dog mentioned in section 177 (1) —
(a) the information about the dog and its owner stated in a registration notice for the dog, given under section 49 ;
(b) if the dog is a declared dangerous dog or declared menacing dog—the information required to be stated in an information notice under section 95 (6) about the dog;
(c) if the dog is a regulated dog—the number recorded on its collar, identification tag, registration tag or tattoo for desexing;
(d) if the dog is a restricted dog—details of any restricted dog permit in force for the dog;
(e) other information the local government considers appropriate.
