ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS AND DOGS) ACT 2008 - SECT 215
Desexed cat or dog at commencement need not be tattooed for desexing
215 Desexed cat or dog at commencement need not be tattooed for desexing
An owner of a cat or dog that is desexed at the commencement of this section
does not contravene section 42(1) if the cat or dog is not tattooed for
desexing.
