ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS AND DOGS) ACT 2008 - SECT 43ZJ
Applying for exemption number
(1) A person who is an eligible person in relation to a dog may apply to the
chief executive for an exemption number for the dog.
(2) The application must
be made— (a) electronically using the online breeder registration system; or
(b) in the approved form.
(3) The application must— (a) include enough
information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and
(b)
be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
