ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS AND DOGS) ACT 2008 - SECT 83

83 Requirements for renewal application

A renewal application must be—

(a) in the approved form; and

(b) supported by enough other information to enable the local government to decide the application; and

(c) accompanied by the fee fixed by resolution of a local government.
