ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS AND DOGS) ACT 2008 - SECT 97

97 Declared dangerous dogs

(1) A relevant person for a declared dangerous dog must ensure each permit condition imposed under schedule 1 , sections 2 to 6 and 8 , or prescribed by regulation, in relation to the dog is complied with for the dog.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—75 penalty units.

(2) In this section—

"relevant person" , for a declared dangerous dog, means the owner of, or any responsible person for, a declared dangerous dog.
