Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsWhere the whole of the land comprised in a building units plan registered under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , is taken under this Act, the Supreme Court of Queensland shall have and may exercise in relation to the building shown in such building units plan such jurisdiction under that Act as it would have were such building destroyed for the purpose of that Act on and by such taking.
