Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe trustees may from time to time lease or let any building erected on the said land by means of moneys raised by mortgage as aforesaid, and all moneys received by the trustees in respect of any such lease or letting shall be applied in and towards the payment of interest from time to time accruing under any such mortgage and the repayment of the loan, and for such Anglican Church purposes in connection with All Saints Church as the trustees may think proper.
