ANN STREET PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH ACT 1889 - SECT 3

3 Trustees may sell or mortgage

From and after the passing of this Act it shall be lawful for the trustees in whom the said lands for the time being are vested to sell or mortgage the whole or any portion or portions of the said lands, with the consent of the Presbyterian Church of Queensland in General Assembly constituted, hereinafter styled the
"corporation" .
