Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsFrom and after the passing of this Act it shall be lawful for the trustees in whom the said lands shall for the time being be vested, to lease the said lands, or any portion or portions thereof, for any term not exceeding 21 years, at the best rent that can be obtained for the same without any premium, and otherwise upon such terms and conditions as they may deem proper.
