BUILDING ACT 1975 - SECT 169
Decision on renewal application
169 Decision on renewal application
(1) Subject to section 187 , QBCC must
consider the application and decide to— (a) renew the licence at the level
of licensing for which the applicant applied; or
(b) refuse to renew the
licence.
(2) However, QBCC may decide to renew the licence only if it is
satisfied the applicant is still a suitable person to hold a licence.
