252 Action local government may take if enforcement notice not complied with

If an enforcement notice is given under section 248 (1) (b) to (e) or (2) to an owner and the owner fails to perform the work required to be performed under the notice, the failure is taken to be a failure to take action under the Local Government Act 2009 , section 142 or the City of Brisbane Act 2010 , section 132 .
