"amending Act" means the Queensland Building Services Authority Amendment Act
2013 .
"transfer day" means the day the amending Act, section 5 commences.
"former BSA" means the former Queensland Building Services Authority under the
QBSA Act.
"general manager" means the general manager under the QBSA Act.
"QBSA Act" means the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991
as in force immediately before its amendment under the amending Act, section
5.
