When building assessment provisions must be applied
36 When building assessment provisions must be applied
(1) This section
applies subject to sections 37 and 61 .
(2) Building assessment work, other
than building assessment work carried out under section 46 , must comply with
the building assessment provisions in force when the application is approved.
