BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ACT 1997 - SECT 177
Prohibited matters for exclusive use by-laws
(1) An exclusive use by-law must not give exclusive use to the rights and
enjoyment of, or other special rights about, utility infrastructure that is
common property or a body corporate asset.
(2) An exclusive use by-law can
not prohibit allocations under reallocation agreements.
