BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ACT 1997 - SECT 331
Classification of existing plan
(1) This section applies when the new scheme is established for the
existing plan.
(2) If the existing plan is a building units plan, it is taken
to be a building format plan of subdivision under the Land Title Act.
(3) If
the existing plan is a group titles plan— (a) it is taken to be a standard
format plan of subdivision under the Land Title Act; but
(b) easements
applying for the new scheme immediately before the commencement under sections
15 and 17 of the 1980 Act continue to apply after the commencement.
