Appeal from order of an adjudicator that could have been made to the District Court
366 Appeal from order of an adjudicator that could have been made to the
District Court
(1) This section applies if a proceeding for an appeal from an order of an
adjudicator is started, or is to be started, before QCAT under the QCAT Act,
section 267 .
(2) For applying the QCAT Act, section 267 (4) (b) and (5) to
the proceeding, the proceeding is taken to be an appeal to the appeal tribunal
against the making of the order by the adjudicator.
(3) Subsection (2)
applies despite the QCAT Act, section 267 (6) .
