Cancellation of existing contract for sale of existing lot
421 Cancellation of existing contract for sale of existing lot
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a buyer may
have cancelled a contract under former section 206B.
(2) Former section 206B
continues to apply to the contract.
