By-laws about keeping of animals made before commencement
450 By-laws about keeping of animals made before commencement
(1) This section applies to a by-law for a community titles scheme about the
keeping or bringing of an animal on a lot or the common property that is in
force immediately before the commencement.
(2) The by-law is enforceable to
the extent the by-law is consistent with new section 169B.
(3) If, before the
commencement, a person applied under former chapter 6, part 4 for the
resolution of a dispute about whether a by-law about keeping or bringing an
animal on a lot or the common property is valid and enforceable and the
dispute is not resolved, the dispute must be resolved under the Act as in
force from the commencement.
(4) If, before the commencement, a person
applied under former chapter 6, part 4 for the resolution of a dispute about a
decision about keeping or bringing an animal on a lot or common property and
the dispute is not resolved, the dispute must be resolved under the Act as in
force immediately before the commencement.
