BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ACT 1997 - SECT 92
Effecting creation of layered arrangement
(1) The creation of the layered arrangement must be recorded under the Land
Title Act , sections 115Y and 115Z .
(2) A request to record the creation of
the layered arrangement may be lodged by or for— (a) the bodies corporate
for schemes A and B; or
(b) a person on whose application the court made an
order under section 91 (2) .
(3) The creation of the layered arrangement
takes effect under the Land Title Act , section 115Z .
