Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsUnless otherwise expressly provided for under this chapter, nothing in this chapter affects the right of a person to whom a debt is due and owing for work done to maintain a personal action to recover the debt against the person liable for it, and a judgment obtained by the plaintiff in any action brought does not affect a charge or other right to which the plaintiff is entitled under this chapter.
